Lisa Kovaleff

I am a seasoned Property Manager with a wealth of experience in the Real Estate industry since 1982. I obtained my real estate salesperson license in 1983, though my career has been largely focused on sales administration, reception, and property management. In 1998, I transitioned to full-time property management and have been dedicated to this field ever since. In 2019, I further honed my expertise by completing a Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate), and I am now a fully licensed Property Manager.

I joined Elders in September 2022 as part of the Frank Kaiser property management team, where I continue to provide top-notch service to our clients.

Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my family, especially the rare occasions when we’re all together (as one of our daughters lives in Geelong). I’m passionate about yoga and enjoy exploring all genres of music. Having lived in Mount Gambier since I was five, after my family moved from Melbourne, I’ve grown to love this community. I’m driven by a genuine desire to help people, and I take pride in being highly organized and detail-oriented.
